1. Appointment Requirements

To secure an appointment, a mandatory $25 non-refundable booking fee must be paid at the time of scheduling.
This policy ensures:

Guaranteed stylist availability
Reduced no-shows
Proper allocation of service time

The fee is applied toward your final total but cannot be refunded for cancellations.

2. Service Expectations

At Macvine Beauty Salon, we strive to deliver professional, high-quality hair services.
However:

All prices listed on the website are estimated rates.
Final charges depend on hair length, density, texture, and service complexity.
Extra fees may apply if additional time or products are required.

Clients will be informed when significant price adjustments apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to the following:

Arrive on time for all appointments
Arrive with hair properly prepared (unless you selected prep services)
Provide accurate personal information during booking
Respect salon guidelines and staff conduct policies

Failure to respect these expectations may result in service refusal.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and hair services, we do not offer refunds once a service is completed.
If adjustments are needed, clients may request a review within 48 hours of service completion.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must notify the stylist of:

Scalp conditions
Allergies
Hair loss issues
Sensitivities to products or tension

This allows us to maintain safe, comfortable service for all clients.

6. Damages & Liability

Macvine Beauty Salon is not responsible for:

Damage to hair resulting from previous chemical treatments
Results affected by client-provided products
Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or conditions

Clients choose to receive services at their own risk after stylist consultation.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, service descriptions, branding, and content on our website and social platforms belong exclusively to Macvine Beauty Salon and may not be copied without written permission.
